OUTBACK CAMP ACTVITIES

Team building: activities designed to strengthen relationships within a team, classroom, or group. Both physical and mental challenges require groups to work together to successfully complete the course. The group leader will receive our booklet with our 11 rules to help develop strong leaders, and team building activities you can do with your group throughout the year.

Walking safari: in order to know nature you must submerse yourself in it. At the Outback Camp there are no vehicles, trains or people to distract you. We explore the area through observation! The trails range from one to five miles.

Art/Science projects: Papermaking, pottery, entomology, fossil scavenger hunt, nature journals, simple circuits, van der graph/static electricity, bubble magic, soap making, candle making, camp cooking, bird watching, animal track identification, etc. We try hard to accommodate your request in these two fields. Let us know what you have in mind and we will do our best to create an experience that will satisfy your taste.

Canoeing/Fishing:Our camp is located above the shore of Tuttle Creek Lake, providing easy access to the water for floating and fishing. These activities are limited to small groups or families.
