Most of our services include one email account. You can add additional email accounts to any of our internet services for $5/mo. per inbox. If you are in need of a large number of email addresses, these may be provided at a lesser cost (please contact us.) Our email services are POP3 (i.e. you can use an email client such as Outlook Express, Eudora, Netscape E-mail etc.), and give you the ability to use our online KansasNet Webmail service to send/receive email from anywhere in the world, as long as you have internet access.

  1. How can I sign-up for additional email addresses?
    You can obtain additional email addresses by using our online account management website, visiting one of our sign up locations, or calling us via phone.

  2. What if I need assistance with email accounts?
    Internet technical support is available on our Online Technical Support, or via phone from 9am-9pm Mon-Fri and 10am-2pm on Saturdays.

  3. Will this work for all computers?
    You email account can be accessed from any computer with an internet connection by visiting webmail.kansas.net, or by using a POP3 email-client.  Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP and Mac OS 8.x and higher have integrated email programs, typically Outlook Express.  Windows 3.11 and Mac OS 7.5.x users may have to download/install an e-mail client program.

  4. What computer hardware/software is necessary to access email?
    You must have an established internet connection.  Then you can access your email from anywhere in the world by visiting webmail.kansas.net, or using an email program such as Outlook Express, Outlook, Eudora, or Netscape e-mail.
