How To Remove Your Name From Mail An Phone Lists

The following addresses may be used to request the removal of your name from mail, telephone and e-mail preference lists that are currently maintained by the Direct Marketing Association, a private marketing association. Your letter or e-mail message should request that your name be removed from any and all marketing lists. It may not stop all contacts but should drastically reduce the amount you may be receiving.

CAUTION: You must remember that if you continue to order or enter contests, your name will be listed again and you will continue to receive solicitations!
