Listed below are committee appointments made by Mayor Snead Tuesday night:

BAND BOARD

Appointment of Carol O’Neill, 1907 Plymouth Landing, to fill the unexpired term of Chris Taylor. Ms. O’Neill’s term begins immediately and will expire August 31, 2004.

BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

Re-appointment of Harry Hardy, 3461 Treesmill, to a three-year term. Mr. Hardy’s term will begin January 1, 2002, and will expire December 31, 2004.

Appointment of Jan Borst, 1918 Humboldt Street, to a three-year term. Ms. Borst’s term will begin January 1, 2002, and will expire December 31, 2004.

CITY/UNIVERSITY PROJECTS FUND COMMITTEE

Appointment of Eileen Meyer, 717 Laramie Street, to a two-year Citizen term. Ms. Meyer’s term begins immediately and will expire June 30, 2003.

Appointment of Jami Ramsey, 831 Bertrand Street, to a two-year Citizen term. Ms. Ramsey’s term begins immediately and will expire June 30, 2003.

DOWNTOWN BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ADVISORY

Appointment of Mark Knackendoffel, 330 Poyntz Avenue, to a two-year term. Mr. Knackendoffel’s term will begin January 1, 2002, and will expire December 31, 2003.

Appointment of Clay Taylor, 315 Houston, Suite G, to a two-year term. Mr. Taylor’s term will begin January 1, 2002, and will expire December 31, 2003.

MANHATTAN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY FUND ADVISORY BOARD

Continuing appointment of Charles Hughes, 1409 Sunnyslope, until the future function and makeup of the Board is resolved in early 2002.

Continuing appointment of Donald Rathbone, 1520 Sharingbrook, until the future function and makeup of the Board is resolved in early 2002.

Continuing appointment of William Varney, 216 Fordham Road, until the future function and makeup of the Board is resolved in early 2002.

PARKS AND RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD

Appointment of Bruce McMillan, 525 Wickham Road, to fill the unexpired term of Phyllis Moore. Mr. McMillan’s term begins immediately and will expire June 30, 2003.
