MCC's 24th Annual Women's Retreat To Host Five Hundred

Manhattan Christian College will host Woman’s World, its annual retreat to encourage women of all ages and all professions in their spiritual
walk, February 23-24 at the Manhattan Holiday Inn/Holidome. This nondenominational overnight event draws 500-550 women from Kansas
and many of the surrounding states.

Centered around the theme "Rock Solid" and Psalm 62:2, conferees will have the chance to choose the topics that most interest them from 18
practical seminars and Bible studies. Seminars will present the attributes of a balanced life based on Christ. This year’s convention will also
feature a mini-health fair on Friday from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. before the first main session begins.

Seasoned children’s minister Betty Aldridge, of East 91st Street Christian Church in Indianapolis, Indiana will be the keynote speaker. Each
main session includes a delicious meal and special music, and contemporary worship. The worship team will be from Washington Avenue
Christian Church in Amarillo, Texas and directed by Laurin Hill.

Special performances throughout the weekend will include MCC student groups: Unspoken Message, Celebration Singers, Inspiration
Ringers, and Instrumental Ensemble.

All registration prices include meals and a special gift. The price for the entire weekend is $47. If you can only attend one day, the price for
