Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and Wal-Mart Real Estate Business Trust have made application to rezone approximately 20 acres of land.
The site is located south of McCall Road, between Tuttle Creek Blvd. and Hayes Drive from C-5, Highway Service Commercial District and I-2, Industrial Park District, to PUD, Commercial Planned Unit Development. The proposed PUD is for a 207,502 sq. ft. super-center.
The Manhattan Urban Area Planning Board will hold a special public hearing on Monday, Feb. 25, 2002, at 7 pm in the City Commission Room, City Hall, 1101 Poyntz Ave., to consider this request and hear comments from the public.
