John D. Walters, President of Walters-Morgan Construction, Inc. 2616 Tuttle Creek Blvd., Manhattan, was elected President of the Kansas Contractors Association at the Association's 79th Annual Convention in Kansas City.

Walters-Morgan Construction, Inc. performs water, sewer, structures, concrete paving, and water and wastewater treatment plant work throughout the midwest, and has been a member of the statewide association since 1947.

The Kansas Contractors Association is a Statewide Trade Association representing more thatn 350 contraction company and supplier/service provider members who work in the heavy, highway and utility construction industry.
