More Needed For LOB Petition

With only one week to go, the Local Option Budget Petition drive still needs people to carry the petition. The Manhattan-Ogden School
District wants the authority to raise local taxes from $4.6 to $6.2 million.

If citizens can get 1,400 voters to sign the petition a vote will be held on April 3rd.

Copies of the petition can be signed or picked up at the Kreem Kup, 1615 Yuma or at the Free Press, 103 N. 3rd (second floor.)
