"Russian Kaleidoscope" Will Be April 1

Each year the Manhattan Area Retired Teachers Association gives several scholarships to area high school seniors. One of
the goals of MARTA is to encourage students to further their education. This year in order to fund the scholarships MARTA

Ukraine and is con-owner of Cultural Kaleidoscope, Kansas City, Mo. The April one performance will be the "Russian
Kaleidoscope". It is a multi-media presentation using slides, video, numerous instruments, folk dances, and crafts. Sergei
Shapoval has appeared in several Manhattan schools. His programs are wonderful family entertainment.

Performances are at 4;00 and 7:30 p.m. at Manhattan Hight School Auditorium April 1. Tickets are $10.00 each and may
be purchased at Manhattan Town Center, Riley County Senior Center, Growoing Up Kids Magazine, public school libraries,
