Sunrise Legislative Forum Set For Saturday

The second in the 2000 series of Sunrise Legislative Forums is scheduled for this Saturday, March 4, 2000, beginning at 8:00
a.m. This annual series is sponsored by the Manhattan Area Chamber of Commerce.

This forum will be held at the Manhattan Town Center Picnic Place. All local and area state legislators have been extended
invitations to report on pending legislation, including Senators Hardenburger, Oleen and Pugh,
and Representatives Glasscock, Peterson, Osborne, Lloyd and Geringer.

Free coffee will be provided. This event is open to the public. Sunrise Legislative Forums are held the first Saturdays of
February, March and April, and are underwritten by Kansas Farm Bureau and Affiliated
Companies, KPL, Little Apple Toyota/Honda and Southwestern Bell.
