School Administrators Contracts Approved
Last Wednesday the Manhattan School Board approved new contracts for
School Administrators. Board Member Roger
Brannan wanted more information on the contracts be made available
to the Board before the vote but he did not get his
way.
The contracts are approved in April and the pay is agreed to in May.
The school staff told the Manhattan Free Press that
employees are told before May 1 if they are being hired for the following
year. The wage is agreed to after the state legislator
ends it's session later in the month.
The Free Press requested and received the wages for the past two years.
