A new loading ramp ha been built at the Tuttle Creek Corps of Engineer's Off Road Vehicle Area near Randolph. It will allow off-road vehicles to be loaded and unloaded directly to and from trucks. The Briggs Auto Group through the National Recreational Trails Grant funded the ramp.

This is the first stage of a three-part plan to improve the ORV Area. A prefabricated vault toilet should be installed by September and a road will be improved to allow emergency vehicle access to the lower reaches of the area.
