Mercy Rehab East, formerly the East Side Clinic, has expanded services to provide greater accessibility and services to the community. The newly remodeled and expanded eastside location is a state-of-the-art facility, offering occupational and physical therapy in a non-hospital setting with an occupational focus. Private treatment rooms as well as rehabilitation and equipment for job task simulation aid in quality patient care.

Occupational therapist Melissa Jones, physical therapist Jeff Bullock and physical therapist assistants Tammy Chalfant and Heather Webb form the Rehab East team. Their main focus is hand therapy and occupational rehabilitation. Jones is a hand rehabilitation specialist who helps injured patients regain hand, elbow and shoulder function.

Meeting Manhattan area business needs, Mercy Rehab East performs pre-employment screenings, drug screening and back evaluations for a variety of local industries and major employers. Job site evaluations and ergonomic consultations are also available upon request.
