A Gold Page Contribution is a Shriners Hospitals donation of $500.00 or more. Donations of this type are usually memorials or honorariums for individuals or groups. A Gold Page donation earns the donor a listing in the hospital's Book of Gold, and a Gold Page Certificate suitable for framing.

Contributions received in this manner at any of the Shrine Hospitals are deposited in the Shriners Hospitals for Children Endowment Fund. Only the interest earned on the endowment fund is used by the hospitals so a Gold Page given in this manner remains deposited so it will yield interest every year for the hospitals.

A Gold Page contribution may also be sent to the hospitals through the Kansas Shrine Bowl. This method earns the donor the same listing in the Book of Gold and Gold Page Certificate. They are also acknowledged in the Gold Page section of the annual Kansas Shrine Bowl Program Book with a full page printed in gold. When a Gold Page contributor sends their contribution through the Kansas Shrine Bowl they may designate it to go into the endowment fund just as if it were sent directly to the hospital. Or, they may designate it to go as a part of the Kansas Shrine Bowl contribution to the hospital. For contributions of this type, all of the donor recognitions are still received, but the money is used directly by the hospitals and not put in to the endowment fund. Because half of all Kansas Shrine Bowl hospital contributions can be held in Kansas to be used by the temple's hospital transportation funds, these Gold Pages benefit both the hospitals and the kids going to the hospitals for treatment.
